HOW TO USE

WARM COMPRESS: Place the pillow in the microwave for ~30 seconds (no more). Ideal before going to sleep.
COLD COMPRESS: Place the pillow in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Ideal in the morning, or during the day.

CARING INSTRUCTIONS

Hand wash at 40°C (do not bleach)
Hang dry (do not tumble dry)
Reshape while damp and iron on medium heat (do not iron elastic cords)
